Participants in this program receive a comprehensive Pepco Smart Home kit containing user-friendly smart devices such as plugs, occupancy sensors, and large load controllers. To initiate your smart home journey, the first step involves downloading the Pepco Smart Home app.

The Pepco Smart Home app efficiently guides users through the process of setting up their new smart home technology and offers a seamless platform for managing all smart devices in one place. With the app, you can:

• Remotely monitor and control lighting, household appliances, smart thermostats, and other devices from anywhere and at any time.
• Achieve energy savings by establishing customized automated smart home rules tailored to your specific energy requirements.
• Decrease energy demand during conservation periods by extending control beyond thermostat adjustments to reduce energy consumption of other appliances as well.
• And much more!
